How to protect your smile in tough times? ^_^

 
1. Maintain Positive Attitude

2. Read motivational quotations and articles

3. Think about your achievements

4. Long drive

5. Observe Nature (Greenery, voice of sea, birds etc)

6. Try making faces in front of mirror :-)

7. Think about pleasant memories

8. Play with kids - an instant relaxer

9. Call your friends

10. Have something you love like ice cream, Chocolates, Gol Gappy (works well in my case) etc

11. Smiling at someone

12. Break you goals or problems into small manageable steps and then celebrate completion of each
